The Safety First Package includes an accident book that you use on your computer, you fill in all the same details as normal then HS Direct stores the data in our secure databases, complying with data protection laws and health and safety laws. It also produces method statements and risk assessments very quickly that can be printed out, or emailled to site. Each document is professionally presented with your logo and contact details and contains signoff sheets for those who need them. With our new three stages to method statement you can easily print out method statements for each individual job in moments.

Collect information about an accident, a near miss, an incident or a dangerous occurrence that may occur in your workplace. The application will intelligently decide if the incident requires officially reporting to the HSE via RIDDOR, and automatically generates the official forms pre-populated with the data entered into the system, which you can then choose to send to the HSE if required.
This system can make the management of health & safety a much simpler task, leaving you to get on with the important task of running your business. Safety First Pack members also enjoy telephone and email support.
For a company with under 25 employees the cost is a maximum of £499 + VAT for the first year, and often less.
